We went to my sister April's for a day of cookie baking. The kids had fun decorating cookies and Ethan had fun staring out the window at the neighbors choo-choo train (i swear he's obsessed with trains!). We finally took him over to the neighbors to see the train and he was so excited and didn't want to leave.
We came home and the next day we put up our Christmas Tree. We had fun watching Ethan's reaction to the "ball"s (ornaments) that went on the tree. He kept saying "I do it, I do it". Mister Independent! After the tree was up, Kevin surprised Ethan with the train that goes under the tree. Needless to say, it was a hard night getting Ethan to bed, and the train has been running non-stop since it's been up.
