Bye Bye Binky!

Kevin and I decided it was finally time for Nolan to give up his binky. Kevin decided to bribe Nolan with a Super Mario Game and tell him that if he wanted the present, that he would have to give all of his binkies to the babies who still needed them. So they packed them up and placed them in the mail box for the babies.

Nolan did great with this technique and really didn't ask for them. However, that same evening Nolan ended up with the Croup and was really sick for over a week. We felt really bad and guilty for not "giving in" and allowing him to have his binky back, but it was for the best. He still mentions his binky every time we get into the car, but we remind him that he sent them to the babies, and he's okay.
