Florida Vacation - November 2010

We traveled to Florida over the Thanksgiving holiday to spend some quality time with Kevin's parents. Ethan, Nolan, Kevin, and I all came down with the flu the day we left for Florida. This was an ugly plane ride! We were so weak with the flu and Ethan vomited twice on the plane. I'm sure we spread it to the entire plane!

After relaxing for several days, we headed up to Orlando to go to SeaWorld and Magic Kingdom. SeaWorld was amazing. This is our first time there, and really enjoyed it. The park was pretty empty and we were able to walk right up to the attractions and rides. The next evening we went to Magic Kingdom for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. The weather turned a little chilly, but was okay with sweatshirts and jeans. The kids loved the Buzz Lightyear ride and Mickey's Barnstorm rollercoaster the best. We had a great time! Thanks Grammy and Pop-Pop for the wonderful trip to Disney!

The rest of the vacation we relaxed at the pool and spent some time at the beach. We also managed to fit in some putt-putt golf and a trip to Lakes Park for the train ride. Allie had her first experience with swimming and loved the pool.
