Ethan has a new best friend named Jake. Jake is Elizabeth and Alex's cousin and is 13 years old. He came to stay here with Kathy and the kids for the week and Ethan really took to him. After Jake left, Ethan is still asking daily when Jake is coming back.

Ethan and Nolan also was able to meet their Great Aunt Donna (my mom's sister). She lives in Florida and brought her guide dog Sparky with her. We went to the Wixom concert and fair one night with Grandma Linda and Aunt Donna and had an excellent time.

July is just about over and I can't believe where time has gone. It has been a rough summer for me personally because all of my baby-sitters have had personal issues that have prevented me from having a break. It's been about 8 weeks with no break and now we have sick kids at home. Maybe next month will be a bit easier.
